This data is collected for the purpose of displaying our website to you and ensuring stability and security. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest arises from the stated purpose of data collection.
We also use cookies and analytics services. Further information can be found in Sections 4 and 5 of this Privacy Policy. Information about data processing when using social media applications can be found in Section 6 of this Privacy Policy.
(2) When you register for our newsletter, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that after you register, we will send you an email to the email address you provided, asking you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter. The data we collect when you use the contact form will be deleted after your request has been processed.

§ 3 Transfer of data
Personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than the following:
- You have given your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR,
- the transfer is necessary in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not transferring your data,
- if there is a legal obligation to transfer data in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR.
§ 4 Cookies
(1) In addition to the data specified in Section 2, Paragraph 1 of this Privacy Policy, cookies will be stored on your computer when you use our website. These are small files that your browser automatically creates and that are saved on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our site. (2) Use of Matomo:

This means that IP addresses are shortened and processed, thus preventing any direct personal reference.
